Terms governing use of ZiBuntu
These Terms govern your access to and use of ZiBuntu. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform role
ZiBuntu is a technology platform that facilitates healthcare access, plan applications, payments, pharmacy coordination, and logistics support.
ZiBuntu is not an insurer, not a healthcare provider, not a pharmacy, and not a logistics carrier.
2. Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account and beneficiary information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Membership applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applications are subject to underwriter review.
ZiBuntu does not make underwriting decisions.
4. Payments and billing
Payments may be one-time or recurring depending on the selected billing structure.
- Payments are processed via Stripe or equivalent providers
- Subscriptions may renew automatically
- You authorize recurring charges where applicable
Failure to pay may result in suspension or loss of access.
5. No immediate coverage
Payment does not automatically activate insurance coverage.
Coverage becomes active only after:
- Underwriter approval
- Successful payment confirmation
6. Pharmacy services
Pharmacy orders are fulfilled by third-party pharmacy providers.
ZiBuntu is not responsible for:
- Medication decisions
- Prescription validation
- Dispensing errors
7. Logistics and delivery
Delivery services are handled by Gowaya or other logistics partners.
ZiBuntu is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or damage.
8. AI assistant disclaimer
The AI assistant provides general information only.
- It does not diagnose
- It does not prescribe
- It does not replace a doctor
9. Limitation of liability
ZiBuntu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
10. Partner responsibility
Third-party partners are responsible for their own services, including:
- Insurance underwriters
- Pharmacies
- Logistics providers (Gowaya)
11. Suspension and termination
ZiBuntu may suspend or terminate access if:
- Terms are violated
- Fraud is suspected
- Payment obligations are not met
12. Changes to the platform
ZiBuntu may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where ZiBuntu operates.
