Logistics coordination through Gowaya and delivery partners

ZiBuntu may coordinate pharmacy and healthcare-related deliveries through Gowaya or other logistics partners. This page explains the separation between ZiBuntu’s platform role and the responsibility of logistics providers.

1. ZiBuntu’s logistics role

ZiBuntu may allow users to request delivery for eligible pharmacy orders or related services. ZiBuntu’s role is limited to platform coordination, order routing, status display, and communication support.

ZiBuntu does not itself collect, store, transport, handle, inspect, package, or deliver goods.

2. Gowaya and third-party delivery providers

Deliveries may be handled by Gowaya or another approved logistics partner. The logistics provider is responsible for the operational delivery process, including collection, transport, delivery attempts, route management, and delivery status updates.

Gowaya or any other logistics partner may apply its own terms, eligibility checks, delivery conditions, operating procedures, service limitations, and liability framework.

3. User responsibility for delivery details

Users are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including recipient name, phone number, address, delivery notes, availability, and any access instructions.

ZiBuntu and its partners may not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect address details, unavailable recipients, unreachable phone numbers, unsafe delivery locations, restricted access, or incomplete delivery instructions.

4. Pharmacy order separation

Pharmacy fulfilment and logistics delivery are separate processes. A successful payment does not mean that the pharmacy has approved, prepared, released, or dispatched the order.

Pharmacy partners remain responsible for pharmacy review, prescription requirements, stock availability, dispensing decisions, and lawful fulfilment of medication orders.

5. Delays, loss, damage, and failed delivery

ZiBuntu is not liable for delays, loss, damage, failed delivery, incorrect delivery, recipient unavailability, address errors, carrier restrictions, operational disruption, weather disruption, customs issues, public safety restrictions, or third-party logistics failure, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Claims or complaints relating to the physical delivery process may need to be handled directly with the logistics provider responsible for that delivery.

6. Restricted or unsuitable items

Certain medicines, healthcare products, controlled products, temperature-sensitive goods, fragile items, or regulated items may be restricted or unsuitable for delivery. Pharmacy partners and logistics providers may refuse, delay, or require special handling for such items.

ZiBuntu may cancel or pause a delivery request if the order appears unsuitable, unsafe, incomplete, unlawful, or operationally unsupported.

7. Delivery status and tracking

Delivery statuses shown on ZiBuntu may depend on updates from logistics partners. Status updates may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable depending on partner systems and operational conditions.

ZiBuntu may display logistics references, dispatch status, delivery notes, and partner updates where available, but these updates do not create a guarantee of delivery time or outcome.

8. Data sharing for logistics

Where delivery is requested, ZiBuntu may share necessary information with Gowaya or other logistics partners, including order reference, recipient name, phone number, address, delivery notes, and delivery status information.

This information is shared only for delivery coordination, fulfilment, support, audit, fraud prevention, and operational purposes.

9. Emergency and medical limitations

ZiBuntu logistics coordination is not an emergency medical transport service and must not be used for urgent medical emergencies, emergency medicine supply, ambulance needs, critical care movement, or time-critical clinical situations.

In an emergency, users must contact local emergency services or seek immediate medical care.

10. Contact

For logistics questions related to a ZiBuntu order, contact ZiBuntu support. Depending on the issue, the matter may need to be escalated to Gowaya, the pharmacy partner, or the relevant delivery provider.
